10th Street Block Party!
Today we were thrilled to attend our very first 10th Street Block Party! We ate some yummy kabobs, and met some really nice vendors including Weebeetees, Cheetahrama, and Geas Garden Jewelry. We also set up a small table outside for customers to try some of our special flavor iced tea. There were Blood Orange Hibiscus, Pineapple Green Tea, and Chocolate Mint Rooibos. What a lovely day to be working outdoors! :)
Creative Conference - Free Event
Some of our customers are having a free creative conference down the street in the East Village.
Free Wine and Cheese and a speech from a psychologist about creative people.

Outdoors Music Scene
Another customer popped in and told us to check out Water Taxi Beach. They have events at Long Island City, South Street Seaport, and Governors Island. Good music in the sand, sounds good to us!
Dance venues around us
We love it when customers share info with us. This morning Gia told us a few good places to go if you're ever in the mood to dance!
There are Club Love @ 179 Macdougal & 8th St, and Sullivan Room at Sullivan St. btw Bleecker & West 3rd St. A good website to keep up with all the events is Rhythmism.com. They have lots of day parties if you want some good music early. Kathy Butterly's whimsical sculptures
